- Models of 32 and 64-bit are available
- There is a compact, offline version of DriversCloud that allows you to use your app without internet access or installation.
- DriversCloud also works as a free device information and an analyzer platform for network information, mounted graphics cards, PCI cards, peripherals, applications and more.
Thoughts on DriversCloud
Our favourite function is certainly that it will search for obsolete drivers even though you have no active internet access. It does not matter if the driver of your network card stops running or whether you really can't seem to have a valid link – the offline version of the software will find precisely the same details as the online one.
We have one criticism that they do not seem to provide any detail about the driver that is to be modified with other drivers update software. For instance, the date the driver was released will be shown but the version number will not appear, which is not beneficial as compared to the current driver.
However, DriversCloud displays the name, fabricator, version number, INF file name, hardware ID and more of the detected and proposed driver.
What we found deceiving about DriversCloud is that you have manually downloaded and installed each driver, which might help you not to use it as the key driver upgrade. Thanks to the countless opportunities to fumble when attempting to load your drivers, this can be drawback to the normal person.
